Exceptional
Staff were very helpfu very friendly. Apartment was cleaned everyday. I would recomend this place to people.
There was only one iron in the whole complex and requirement is to have an iron in the apartment.

Excellent
Our room (a small apartment you could actually say, since there where 2 separate rooms) was very clean and spacey. There was a refrigerator in the room (along with small kitchen) which was very handy. Staff hospitality was excellent - we felt comfortable at all times during our stay.
Food quality was mixed, for example most of breakfast meats where of terrible quality and taste.

Not spotless but still good enough
1) Breakfasts! Extra-cool. Fruits and vegetables, fuet (and many other meat options), bakery (including local specialties), etc. 2) Our family room was spacious, light and cosy. Furniture and fittings new (except for bathtube and conditioning system) 3) Location is good: quiet street, 10 mins to the beach by feet, close to the shady 'promenade' by local river 4) Personnel is great (except for the cleaner). Receptionists are super-helpful and friendly, the restaurant staff is absolutely genious. Thank you really much!
1) Wi-Fi is not free. Guys, it's 2019! Can't you include those EUR 3 into the room price?!! Spot on the hotel's dignity. 2) Dinners were poor in comparison to breakfasts' level (as usually I expect to have dinner twice cooler than the breakfast. Not this time). 3) No porridges or similar baby food. 4) At our arrival we've notified somebody's hair on the bathroom wall. Next day I've caught the cleaner and showed it to her. She simply dusted it off (to the floor!) and left some hair still hanging on the wall. Ok, it was higher than eye's level but still not that pleasant. 5) On the last day of our stay the one and only lift in the building broke. So this was an issue to transport downstairs the kid, her stroller and all the bags. 6) Not the hotel issue, just a warning for the tourists: if you choose the restaurant table outdoors you'll encounter wasps. They usually hide somewhere in the cypress trees and readily attack your table when you bring food from the building.

Excellent
The hotel was very good. The staff were extremely helpful, even arranging a room free of charge after we had checked out for our toddler to nap in before we headed to the airport. A very short walk to the beach. Quiet area and very family friendly.
The kitchen area in the flat was quite limited.
